Vinification: pure vinification of primitive grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: refinement in cellar al least for 24 months, of which 9 month within oak boxes an at least 6 months within bottle.
Alcohol content: 13,5%.
Organoleptic features:
- Colour: red, hot, soft.
- Smell: intense, with pleasant red fruit notes.
- Taste: elegant sensation of vanilla and red fruit jam.
Food pairing: second courses of meat, also game with middle and long ageing cheeses.
