Ageing: refinement in cellar al least for 6 months and at least 2 months within bottle.

- Smell: intense, with pleasant notes of yellow fruit.
- Taste: elegant honey sensations.
Food pairing: second fish courses, with cheeses, cured meats, appetizers. Main great courses.
