Vinification: separate vinification of sangiovese, aglianico and primitivo grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature.
Ageing: refinement in cellar al least for 18 months and at least 6 months within bottle.
Alcohol content: 13%
Organoleptic features:
- Colour: red, hot, soft.
- Smell: intense, with pleasant red fruit notes.
- Taste: elegant notes of vanilla
Food pairing: main and second great courses, meat and middle and long ageing cheeses.
